Luigi Arnat is a Namibian photographer and aspiring full-time artist from Swakopmund. Using the experience he has acquired from working in multiple jobs in the service industry, he has developed an understanding of the human condition and the things that make people tick. His aim is to find his voice through art and its many mediums to be able to tell the stories only he knows how.

Luigi’s photography was selected as Doek! Literary Magazine’s cover for Issue 12: The Crossing, published in September, 2023.

In 2025, Luigi was awarded the Bank Windhoek Doek Literary Award for Visual Art for “Solitude”, his photographic essay.
